A more sculpting-focused technique combining lymphatic drainage with body-contouring movements to enhance definition, improve contour visibility, and reduce fluid retention. Introduced only when medically appropriate and once healing allows.

Fibrosis — firm scar tissue beneath the skin — is one of the most common concerns after liposuction and body contouring. Left untreated it can cause hard lumps, tightness, and uneven contours. Treatment may include manual therapy, scar-tissue mobilisation, therapeutic ultrasound, compression adjustments, taping, and progressive rehabilitation, tailored to your stage of healing.

Scars keep changing for up to 12–18 months after surgery, so early intervention matters. Our programme may include silicone therapy, scar massage, medical taping, pigmentation management, microneedling where appropriate, and professional scar assessments.
